Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Hold the can 4–6 inches away from your body and spray evenly until the product is visible on your skin. Rub in with your hands to ensure coverage. Reapply after 40 minutes of swimming or sweating, after towel-drying and at least every two hours.
