Mix the Color Sublime Cream Oil Developer with the Revlonissimo Color Sublime hair color in a non-metallic bowl, following the recommended mixing ratio (usually 1:1 or as directed). Apply the mixture evenly to dry hair, starting from the roots and working towards the ends. Process according to the desired level of lift and manufacturer's instructions.
