Apply a small amount directly onto the eyelid using your fingertip or a flat eyeshadow brush. Blend quickly before the formula sets for a smooth, even finish. Can be worn alone for a bold, creamy look or used as a base under powder eyeshadow to intensify color and increase wear time. Suitable for all-day, crease-resistant wear.
