Yes, of course! All the products sold on our website have brand authorization. We have over 20 years experiences of maintaining good relationships directly with manufacturers.
How much does shipping cost?
We provide free shipping for any U.S. order over $50! U.S. orders under $50 have a $8.00 ground delivery cost. For international orders, please contact customer service for more information.
How do I cancel or change my order?
We are not able to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed. However, if you decide you’d like to return the product after receiving it, you may. See our return policy for more details.
What’s your return policy?
Return orders must be returned within 30 days of the order date, in unused/unopened condition, to be eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any initial shipping fees are non-refundable. What if my order was delivered to the wrong address?
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate address when entering their shipping information at checkout. No refunds or replacements will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided at checkout. We strongly recommend double-checking your shipping address during checkout as well as checking the address on your order confirmation email for accuracy. For any questions regarding your order after it has already shipped, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number ready.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process before shipping out. International orders take 5-8 business days to process. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number. U.S. ground shipping typically takes 5-8 business days. Please note, business days do not include weekends or holidays.
What if something is wrong with my order?
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the order to report the issue. We will work with you to ensure a resolution.
