Start with clean, dry eyelids. Apply a primer or base eyeshadow to help the liquid eyeshadow last longer and prevent creasing. Using the applicator wand, gently swipe the liquid eyeshadow across your eyelid. Start from the inner corner and move outward. You can apply a thin layer for a subtle shimmer or build up for more intensity.
