Wella Color Charm Creme Developer is specially stabilized for use with all permanent hair colors. Great for covering white-gray hair or lightening natural hair color.
Mix the Color Charm hair color or lightener with the 20 Volume Creme Developer in a 1:1 ratio (or as specified by the product instructions). Apply to dry hair using an applicator brush or bottle, starting from the roots and working towards the ends. Leave on for the recommended processing time (typically 30-45 minutes). Rinse hair thoroughly until the water runs clear, then shampoo and condition as usual.
