Under the eye:- Step 1:- Sharpen the pencil so that it has a fine point. This will make the line more precise and prevent it from smudging.:- Step 2:- Avert your gaze so that the creases of the eyelid do not form breaks.:- Step 3 :- Apply The Eye Pencil lightly, for a crisp result.:- As eyeliner:- Step 1 :- Draw a diagonal line from the end of the eye towards the eyebrow to draw the corner of the eye.:- Step 2:- Join the corner of the eye with the upper lash line.:- Step 3 :- Draw a thin, flush lash line across the top of the eye, from the inside out, and connect it to the corner of the eye. You can line the whole eye or from the middle of the eye, at the pupil, outwards. The latter will give you a more open and natural look.
